Community Members.
In effort to to cut down on stolen vehicles left on the property and assist with the overall aesthetics of the community beginning April 17th, 2024 we will begin to enforce and reiterate our current Rules & Regulations regarding parking within the community. We are using the R&R in conjunction with the guidelines set by Georgia Code section 44-1-13 and FCA CC&R's and Bylaws. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with each.
Each Homeowner will receive 1 decal per vehicle registered up to the maximum of 3 Resident Parking Decals.
Each Homeowner will receive 2 visitor hang tags. Visitor hang tag may not be used in lieu of Resident Parking Decal.
Replacement tags or decals are $25 each
All parking outside of assigned spaces is on a "first come first served" basis. Two additional Resident Parking tags may be available for purchase at $10/tag billed annually ($120). Please contact parking@fontainewest.com to inquire before applying for decals.
